UNIT COMPOSITION
Security unit to be deployed at your premises may be decided with mutual consultation.
WORKING HOUSE
We are liable for any loss caused to our suffered by clients due to negligence or direct complicity of our staff. Any compensation becoming payable to you shall have our prior, written concurrence.
SECURITY PREMISES
You will be responsible for providing and maintaining security covers like fencing walls, lights, proper gates, fire alarms and emergency lights etc. to enable us to give you perfect security arrangements.
RE-ENFORCEMENT OF OUR PERSONNELS
You will not engage our personnel directly or indirectly under you in your employment or on contract basis during the currency of our contract or within one year from the date of termination thereof.

Over and above we would be charging Service Tax as per Govt. Notifications.
The above rates will be revised as and when Minimum wages revise.
In case Gratuity is paid to any Security Person, the same in actual will be Re-imbrued by the Principal Employer.
